I managed to go 6.6 km in around 50 minutes. I only ate salad for lunch but had a slice of cake for snacks. Dinner I ate a cup of brown rice, two tomatoes, fish and bagoong.
I was really tired for Day 5 especially when my whole day was spent in the office. I also woke up 4:30am. 😱
I am now considering rest in my 30 day challenge.
