Breakfast – egg, a slice of bread, 3 tbsp of hummus, 2 small pcs of tocino, english breakfast tea with 2 tsp of powdered milk
Lunch – 1 cup of baked mac, 2 slices of baked pork, 1 suman with muscovado
Dinner – 1 cup rice, 1/2 cup turkey paksiw, 1/2 cup salad, 1/4 cup baked mac, half slice of egg pie
