I read somewhere that in order to succeed you’d need to establish good habits. You have to do something at least 30 days straight to make it a habit.
So on the road to becoming “fat free”, I am going to walk/run/jog or some other physical activity lasting 30mins (at least) for 30 days – no excuses.
To help me start this new habit, I will make a log of each activity every day for 30 days. Yey!
