Me and the friends spent a night at Edsa Shangrila in Ortigas and we decided to eat at Charlie’s — a restaurant that A was raving about!
Their specialty is burgers – wagyu and angus patties. I’m not so good at describing burgers (I find them all delicious if there’s cheese and condiments), here are the pictures:
The burgers we chose were both wagyu, its texture is softer than angus. The other burger had cheese stuffed portobello mushrooms. Quite expensive at P400+. The buffalo wings were too spicy for my taste.
I’d say for burger lovers, go to charlie’s Grind and Grill! Not much of a comfort food for me but it was a great experience to try. 🙂
